ZEONEX® offers excellent optical properties, making it ideal for optical components used for such applications as smartphone camera, vehicle camera, printers, optical pickups, AR/VR and mirrors. Its transparency, high barrier properties, and low impurity levels also make it well-suited for medical and biotechnology applications. Additionally, it is used in high-frequency connectors and antenna substrates, benefiting from its low dielectric constant and loss tangents.
ZEONOR® is used in a wide range of fields such as semiconductor containers and discs as a transparent general-purpose engineering plastic, taking advantage of its high transparency, transferability, and heat resistance.

Characteristics

High Transparency: Transparency comparable to that of glass.
Low Water Absorption: ZEONEX® and ZEONOR® offer excellent dimensional stability even under high humidity conditions, with water absorption rates of less than 0.01%.
High Heat Resistance: ZEONEX® and ZEONOR® maintain performance under harsh conditions, with glass transition temperatures ranging from 100°C to 154°C.
Low Specific Gravity: Lighter than other conventional plastics, it helps reduce the weight of components.
High Purity: Very clean resin with almost no impurities.
Excellent Moldability: Excellent moldability and transferability.
